Returns
Btronics RC works within the UK Distance Selling Act 2000. The consumer has 7 working days as a 'cooling off period' for items to be returned. If the item received is faulty or incorrect we will happily perform a refund or exchange. Postage costs are at the expense of the consumer for unwanted items however Btronics will refund incorrect items postage fee's.
